I was very impressed with the quality of car which my husband received. We has a great deal of support from a wonderful team of District nurses, and also from the GPs involved.
We were also helped very much by the carers, some of when were outstanding, and generally my husband was treated with dignity and respect, and with human.
The care couldn't have been any better for my husband Dr Rodney Morgan and the kindness shown to our family.
What stays in my mind and was so valuable was the meeting we had with the registrar and nurse when we came to correct Rod's belongings, they both spent as much time as we needed and the registrar told us about his last visit to see Rod on the day he died in which he told him that he was ready to go. He hadn't said that before, it was a comfort at a difficult time.
Thank you so much.
An excellent team of caring professionals at all levels.
We were astonished at the level of support available and were very reassured by the knowledge and professionalism displayed by our Macmillan nurse and the Tenovus benefit adviser.
Thank you!

Unfortunately my mother was diagnosed as remind 11/3/14 the condition was diagnosed as "rampant disease progression" by Velindre C.C and she was given "months 4 that to live" her condition deteriorated rapidly when I rang to help she needed admission.
I was told they only took complex cases.
She had to go into social despite totally in appropriate-they weren't equipped to deal with her. Her pain medication and side effects were not managed at all palliative care!!!!
